I know the company will probably give some kind of aggravated remark to my post here because I didn't receive actual chiropractic service yet. But because of their other forms of service, via the phone, email, and text, I have a very bad taste in my mouth with this company.The only reason I'm leaving two stars instead of one is because I didn't actually experience their chiropractic care.However the reason I have such a low review is because of their customer service. I applied on Facebook to receive their $29 special, which sounded like a fantastic deal. I got a call from them, and I was happy to talk to them and set up an appointment. However the person on the other side of the phone seemed extremely aggravated just to even talk to me. Sounded like a ticked off robot.This was yesterday later in the evening. I just passed it off as maybe he was stressed having to call all these people that requested information via facebook.But after he and I made an appointment, he told me that he'd see me tomorrow (today), and I asked him if there was anything else I needed to do and he said "nope, just come on in tomorrow." So I told him thank you, and said that I look forward to seeing him tomorrow, and that I hope he has a good rest of his day (desperately trying to see if he would finally be friendly), and his only response to me was "yep"....... And then he just hung up on me.Then, that night, I got multiple texts and emails telling me to sign up them, make an account with them, stuff like that...all just confirm the appointment (after I sign up with them).... I know it's 2024, and all that stuff, but I am sick to death of everybody wanting me to create an account with them, give them my personal information and have another sign in, another password, and all that crap... But I am so sick to death of this, I just want to try your business, I don't want you to have my entire life's information just to go in for a $29 special.But then the part that really annoyed me is that I had a late shift last night, and I was still getting texts from them past midnight.And then I got a call this morning after I was trying to sleep, because I didn't get to bed until around 2:00. And I'm getting phone calls from them at 7:00 in the morning!What kind of a business confirms an appointment at 7:00 a.m. except either like a hospital when you're going in for a C-section birth, or like a plumber that's supposed to show up at 8:00...? Even then I never get those kind of calls from a plumber at 7:00 in the morning...they just show up at 8:00.My appointment with them was supposed to be at 10:00 this morning, so I can understand maybe an 8:30 phone call. Which is when I set my alarm for. So I still would have been tired, but I was prepared to get ready and be there at the right time.So after their third phone call, I finally picked up the phone, and it was the same jerk on the other line acting like a "ticked off robot" again, and I just had to hang up before I lost it on him..... I was not going to be the friendly one again, it was his turn to try to be nice and make normal human conversation.Five or six emails, about the same amount of texts, multiple phone calls while I'm still asleep. ALL IN LESS THAN HALF A DAY, AND THAT HALF A DAY WAS DURING THE NIGHT!------>And not one sense of friendliness at all on the phone from the guy.I hope the owners of the business read this review and get your staff to have a better attitude for your next customers. But as for me, I absolutely will never step inside your business. I believe you will give me poor service, and that I'll feel like some kind of burden to you because I'm giving you my business. Because that guy on the phone was the person who represented your company, and had absolutely horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible - I don't trust anybody inside that building because of the way he was speaking to me.
