I'm always hesitant to go to New chiropractors because I've been hurt before by them being too aggressive with my neck and back. Dr. Cashel superceded my expectations! Best Auto Accident Chiropractor in lehi ! they really helped me heal after an auto accident. Best place to get auto accident treatment as they diagnose you with xrays where most other chiropractors just pop you left and right this place will actually find your problem and give the proper solution. I was rear ended and had terrible sciatica and had been to 3 other chiropractors previously with no relief and i was hopeless until i was referred here and I saw relief immediately. If you are reading these reviews and see all the 5 stars I can attest I was skeptical but there is a reason why he has such a high rating, he is honest, ethical and will do his best to make sure you get back to feeling your best. I cant thank you enough Dr. Rob I will refer my family and my friends! I don’t usually do this, but I came to this place to get an adjustment because I’ve had back pain since 2018 after I went on a mission to be more specific so I came to this places which I never went to a place like this before, I came here because my boy friend thought to see if maybe if i try it out with one adjustment I would change my mind about letting someone to help me to get help with my back pain. I trust in this guys I let him touch my body for the first time so This man performed an adjustment in an area where it wasn’t supposed to be done, which I didn’t know and he didn’t even take X-rays or anything to make sure he can do adjustments every part of my body, he could’ve it kill me if I let him keep doing my treatments. Almost a month later, i started have this sound in the lower part of my head which was creating every time I will move my head because of this adjustment, i went to multiple place to get help because the pain was so awful that i will cried for hours and hours and even go to the emergency room for this the sad part was the i never went to a place before to get treat it or even let anyone before to touch my body to help me out with my situation until that day, i came to this place which caused more severe pain to the point where half of my face was affected. This adjustment caused my tendons and nerves to become tense and start crashing each other due to the poor work done at this place. They even went as far as lying, claiming i had never been there, you guys can see the other review my boy friend did and he claimed never seeing us but calling me after to take off my review. I didn’t want to see this guy I was in such a big pain that I was more worry about my pain than his claims because he was frustrated about my boy friend review I have all the proof that this place is no good. The service is bad, they don’t take responsibility for what they cause, and they even try to blackmail me for leaving a review as well. If my health didn’t go involved believe me I would do anything like this, but it did so I ask you to please make sure you informed yourself before coming to places sometimes you pay on cheap places to get treat it but they ending up creating more issues in your health.

Cashel Chiropractic is the real deal. I started going here over 7 months ago with my wife when we both had severe back and leg pain from sitting all day at our jobs. Since then our pain has completely diminished and our posture and comfort at work has greatly improved. We still go 1-2 times a month for regular maintenance and are happy with the results. Dr. Cashel gives the most specific and gentle adjustments I have ever had and I have used a chiropractor for maintenance and for injury all of my adult life. He is great and affordable. Most chiropractors charge double and even more for extra therapies like decompression and electro stimulation and Dr. Cashel includes them in his reasonable fees.

Walking into Dr. Cashel’s office in pain and walking out without pain and staying pain free until I do something to over stress my structure again is the benefit I get….priceless!

I had a discomfort in my shoulder for months, and then actual pain for weeks.
Doctor Cashel gave me a great “new patient visit” and showed me what is wrong with some bones in my body. My shoulder is not limited in movement and doesn’t hurt anymore. I started seeing good progress in just 3-4 visits and my pain was gone after 5-6 visits. Great doctor! Highly recommended!

I came in with a pain radiating in my upper back and very tight muscles in the neck and shoulders. What’s great about this place is that he listens and addresses the problem. He also spends the time. So many other chiropractors I’ve been to would just adjust stuff but I’d leave feeling like nothing really changed, but not here. I feel a lot better. It’s nice to not wake up in the middle of the night in pain.

I was in town for a competition and three days before I tweaked my lower back, to the point it was totally uncomfortable to walk. I arrived to Lehi, Utah and looked for chiropractors. I called Cashel Chiropractor and I was able to get an appointment within hours. I set up two appointments within three days and thanks to Cashel Chiropractor I was able to compete. My lower back felt great and I didn’t not have any issues during my competition which required moving heavy weight around and sprinting. Appreciate you getting me in!

I know the company will probably give some kind of aggravated remark to my post here because I didn't receive actual chiropractic service yet. But because of their other forms of service, via the phone, email, and text, I have a very bad taste in my mouth with this company.

The only reason I'm leaving two stars instead of one is because I didn't actually experience their chiropractic care.

However the reason I have such a low review is because of their customer service. I applied on Facebook to receive their $29 special, which sounded like a fantastic deal. I got a call from them, and I was happy to talk to them and set up an appointment. However the person on the other side of the phone seemed extremely aggravated just to even talk to me. Sounded like a ticked off robot.

This was yesterday later in the evening. I just passed it off as maybe he was stressed having to call all these people that requested information via facebook.

But after he and I made an appointment, he told me that he'd see me tomorrow (today), and I asked him if there was anything else I needed to do and he said "nope, just come on in tomorrow." So I told him thank you, and said that I look forward to seeing him tomorrow, and that I hope he has a good rest of his day (desperately trying to see if he would finally be friendly), and his only response to me was "yep"....... And then he just hung up on me.

Then, that night, I got multiple texts and emails telling me to sign up them, make an account with them, stuff like that...all just confirm the appointment (after I sign up with them).... I know it's 2024, and all that stuff, but I am sick to death of everybody wanting me to create an account with them, give them my personal information and have another sign in, another password, and all that crap... But I am so sick to death of this, I just want to try your business, I don't want you to have my entire life's information just to go in for a $29 special.

But then the part that really annoyed me is that I had a late shift last night, and I was still getting texts from them past midnight.

And then I got a call this morning after I was trying to sleep, because I didn't get to bed until around 2:00. And I'm getting phone calls from them at 7:00 in the morning!

What kind of a business confirms an appointment at 7:00 a.m. except either like a hospital when you're going in for a C-section birth, or like a plumber that's supposed to show up at 8:00...? Even then I never get those kind of calls from a plumber at 7:00 in the morning...they just show up at 8:00.

My appointment with them was supposed to be at 10:00 this morning, so I can understand maybe an 8:30 phone call. Which is when I set my alarm for. So I still would have been tired, but I was prepared to get ready and be there at the right time.

So after their third phone call, I finally picked up the phone, and it was the same jerk on the other line acting like a "ticked off robot" again, and I just had to hang up before I lost it on him..... I was not going to be the friendly one again, it was his turn to try to be nice and make normal human conversation.

Five or six emails, about the same amount of texts, multiple phone calls while I'm still asleep. ALL IN LESS THAN HALF A DAY, AND THAT HALF A DAY WAS DURING THE NIGHT!------>And not one sense of friendliness at all on the phone from the guy.

I hope the owners of the business read this review and get your staff to have a better attitude for your next customers. But as for me, I absolutely will never step inside your business. I believe you will give me poor service, and that I'll feel like some kind of burden to you because I'm giving you my business. Because that guy on the phone was the person who represented your company, and had absolutely horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible - I don't trust anybody inside that building because of the way he was speaking to me.

I had an emergency over the weekend. I pulled back back and I knew immediately I wouldn't make it through the weekend. Being a Saturday every chiropractic office was closed. Cashel was open and I called them and they saw me immediately.

This pain continued to increase and damaged the natural curve in my back. However, Dr. Cashel took me in, assessed my situation and needs, and adjusted my back over the course of months back to where it needed to be. He does professional affordable service, the body movements are targeted and I am left feeling no pain. Worst I chiropractic, pretty much taking money out of your pocket, everything is pretty much like that only things that he cares is the money, I was living that place with more pain than what I had before walking in, never answered the phone and lier because you can and the same person that work with you act like is an employee not to give you any help…. Regret visiting that place.

There is a reason why this dude legitimately has a five star rating. Dr. Cashel is genuinely obsessed with ensuring that you’re healed and on the right treatment plan. He seems to invest in the right equipment as well. I was in a Mountain Bike crash that almost left me paralyzed and he has got me back to doing the things I love like basketball and Mt. Biking.

Being a high level athlete I have always loved getting worked on by a chiropractor. And then becoming a mom and being pregnant my body was all messed up and things were out of place. Decided to try out Dr. Cashell and it was the best decision. I use to go to The Joint Chiropractor and it was not the best. Spent a lot of time searching for the best chiropractors in Utah. So grateful for all the help I had during my pregnancy and even on my new baby. She was vacuumed during birth and would only sleep on one side and was colic. Dr. Cashell was a life saver and she did so much better after her first visit. We went once a week for a couple of weeks. And now we go one a month! When I started posting about Dr. Cashell eveyone sent messages saying he is the best! I would 100% agree!

After experiencing a back injury that was very painful at college, our son went to a chiropractor in Washington with minimal improvement. When he got back home for Christmas break, we made it a priority to get him into see Dr. Cashel.

After an initial evaluation and treatment, there was improvement and over the next three weeks, his back is 100% and in a very good spot to continue to feel good. He was always very responsive and gave him exercises to do to continue his journey in college baseball. We would recommend Cashel Chiropractic to anyone!

Dr. Cashel is amazing! In my initial consultation, he examined my spine and not only explained what issues he was seeing, but the way that could affect my mental and physical health. I was looking for a chiropractor and haven’t had any luck until I came across Dr. Cashel. I specifically needed shoulder work done. I’ve dealt with shoulder discomfort in my dominant hand for 15+yrs. Lots of chiropractors I have seen claim to do soft tissue work and adjust shoulders and have constantly failed to deliver on that claim. Dr. Cashel has been working with me over the last few weeks and has listened to my needs and targeted my entire body with an emphasis on my right shoulder. We have done soft tissue work, adjustments, graston work, and cupping. All of these techniques combined have made me feel like there is hope getting better and having full use of my shoulder. He also adjusted my 4.5yr old daughter and she loved it. His prices are more than fair and it’s a great experience. Would HIGHLY recommend if you want to see REAL results. Thanks Doc 🙏

Dr. Rob has been fantastic since visit #1. It is clear that his top priority is each client and their needs. I visited him because my right arm kept going numb (after going to a drive thru back snapper who didn't even ask my name) and Rob listened carefully to my history and issue, evaluated me, and worked with me weekly to come up with a treatment plan. Dr Cashel is great! He listens and adjusts what he does to try to help the most possible. I've been doing decompression treatments frequently and they have really been helping with my herniated disk that is pushing on my S1 nerve. He always trys to fit me in when I need it and has expanded hours to try to help as many people as possible. He really cares and wants to help. I am a professional ballet dancer, and I love this place. I sprained my ankle and went to PT at first. It was so expensive and they couldn’t do much beside give me exercises. I had to find another option. I found Dr. Cashel on Google and his reviews were great.
