Meet Dr. Rob Cashel

Founder, Cashel Chiropractic
Dr. Robert Cashel grew up in Park City, Utah, where he was a star athlete excelling in baseball and football. Eventually, he earned a Division-1 Scholarship to play baseball in college. From a young age, Dr. Rob became familiar with numerous sports injuries, even having major surgery in college. This experience was the key reason why Dr. Rob attended and graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.

While playing Division-1 baseball at the University of Northern Colorado, Dr. Rob was struck by a 95+ MPH pitch that fractured the left side of his face. Surgeons told Dr. Rob that this injury would cause an array of symptoms and limit his ability to ever play college baseball at a competitive level again. Weeks and many unsuccessful treatments later, he received chiropractic care. Chiropractic treatments helped him return to the field, getting back to playing at an elite level. After his positive experience with the power of chiropractic, he knew it was his purpose to join the profession to help create the same experiences for others.

As a retired elite sports athlete, Dr. Rob’s main passion was training and performing on the field at his best. He also had experience as a personal trainer and a baseball coach, giving him experience with performance, human movement, and injury rehabilitation in sports athletes and the general population. Just like with his decidication as an elite athlete, his ambition to perform at a high level is a vital aspect of his mission to become the best clinician on the market today.

Additionally, he’s had experience working with many different types of people in his career. He understands that no patient is the same. And with his experience as a trainer, clinician, and sports coach, his treatment leads to a faster healing time and fixing the root cause of the problem.

Dr. Rob has various hobbies. During the wintertime, you can find him in the mountains snowboarding down the slopes. In the summertime, you can find him near a baseball diamond helping young players improve their baseball game.
