Whiplash
Whiplash is a neck injury resulting from forceful, rapid back-and-forth movement of the neck, much like the cracking of a whip. Rear-end auto accidents are the most common cause of whiplash. However, this injury can also result from sports-related collisions, falls, work-related injuries, physical abuse, and many other types of neck trauma.
Vertigo
Vertigo is characterized as a sensation that either you or the world around you is spinning or moving. This sensation can last as short as a few seconds or as long as several days. Research indicates at least 40% of people will experience vertigo in their lifetime. Also indicated is the fact that women experience vertigo at a higher rate than men.
TMJ & TMD
TMJ is an acronym for temporomandibular joint. The two temporomandibular joints, located on both sides of your head, connect your lower jaw to your skull. When the TMJ are properly aligned, they work very well, allowing your lower jaw to move up and down, in and out, and side to side. When functioning properly, the TMJ enables you to talk, chew, and yawn.
Scoliosis
Scoliosis is an abnormal sideways curvature of the spine. About 3% of the U.S. population has some form of scoliosis – some are born with it, while others develop scoliosis with age. Most scoliosis patients have a spinal curvature that does not require surgery, but these individuals endure severe pain because the condition affects their body’s anatomy.
Sciatica
Sciatica refers to a dull or sharp pain that travels along the path of the sciatic nerve, which branches from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down each leg. Sciatica generally affects only one side of your body. Left untreated, sciatica can lead to chronic pain and may require surgery to repair.
Poor Posture
Posture is the position in which we hold our bodies while standing, sitting, or lying down. Healthy posture is the correct alignment of body parts supported by the right amount of muscle tension against gravity.
Poor posture places the spine in unnatural positions. This misalignment places stress on muscles, tendons, and joints. Left uncorrected poor, posture contributes to numerous health issues.
Plantar Fasciitis
The plantar fascia is the thick, fibrous tissue on the bottom of your foot that connects the heel bone to the ball of your foot and toes. When the plantar fascia is overused or overstretched, it becomes inflamed, resulting in plantar fasciitis. The most common symptom of plantar fasciitis is sharp heel pain.
Peripheral Neuropathy
Peripheral neuropathy is a general term that describes many conditions that cause damage to the peripheral nervous system, which is responsible for sending sensory information to and from the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord). Peripheral neuropathy often causes weakness, numbness, and pain, usually in the hands and feet More than 20 million people in the United States have been estimated to have some form of peripheral neuropathy.

Approximately 39 million Americans suffer from this common genetic neurological disorder.
Low Back Pain
Unfortunately, lower back pain is a common occurrence in adults. According to the American Chiropractic Association, low back pain is the single leading cause of disability worldwide, with millions of reported cases every year. Fortunately, low back pain often gets better on its own. However, if low back pain continues for more than 72 hours, it is time to seek medical attention.
Infantile Colic
Infantile colic is defined as excessive crying of an unknown cause in otherwise well infants. Colic affects up to 20% of infants. In general, colic is defined by periods of crying for more than three hours a day, three times a week, and persisting for three weeks or more.
Colic is one of the most common conditions parent schedule pediatrician visits for. Generally, infantile colic cures itself after the first three to four months of life.

A frozen shoulder, also called adhesive capsulitis, is a painful condition in which the shoulder movement becomes limited.
Your shoulder is made up of bones forming a ball-and-socket joint. The three bones are your upper arm (humerus), shoulder blade (scapula), and collarbone (clavicle). Strong tissue surrounds your shoulder joint that holds everything together. This tissue is called the shoulder capsule.
Menstrual Cramps (Dysmenorrhea)
Dysmenorrhea is a medical term for pain that accompanies menstruation. Most women who menstruate experience 1 to 2 days of mild pain per month. However, some women suffer pain so severe it impacts their daily routines and activities for several days a month.
Deviated Septum
A deviated septum occurs when the septum — the cartilage and bone that separates the nasal cavity — is off-center. Some people are born with a deviated septum. For others, a nose injury causes it. A badly deviated septum may cause breathing problems, congestion, and headaches.

Bicep Tendonitis
Your biceps are a large muscle at the front upper part of your arm. Tendons are tough fibrous tissue that connect muscle to bone. The upper part of your bicep is attached to your shoulder with two tendons, and the lower part of the bicep is connected to your elbow with one tendon. Bicep tendonitis is caused by injury or overuse of the bicep and connecting tendons, which then results in pain and inflammation.
ADHD
Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is an ongoing pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that interferes with normal function or development. Usually, treatment for ADD/ADHD includes medication and counseling, along with education.
