Graston Technique is a proven therapy that treats all chronic, acute, or post-surgical soft tissue conditions and injuries.
The Graston Technique is a manual therapy used to diagnose and treat muscle and connective tissue disorders. The treatment utilizes 6 stainless steel tools to locate and resolve adhesions in the muscles and tendons through gentle skin scraping. The 6 tools are concave and convex-shaped, have rounded edges, and are not sharp or painful.

What Will Happen During My First Stretch Therapy Session?
At Cashel Chiropractic, Dr. Rob will begin by rubbing the affected area(s) with the handheld stainless steel instruments, using very specific, massage techniques. Treatment time is usually 30 to 60 seconds per area treated. It is common for patients to experience some discomfort during the procedure.
Is a Graston Technique Session Painful?
Although some minor discomfort may occur, the treatment is not painful.
